What Causes Radiating Pain In Right-sided Abdomen And Back During Pregnancy?

am pregnant due on september 8th am experiencing slight pain on my right side by waist line radiating to the back. It started last night at about 3am and i took tylenol and that kind of helped but the discomfort is back again especially when i lie down

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy then try to avoid the medicine it can only be taken when it is most needed else better not to take any medicines if it is the pain condition then it can be managed with local analgesic or rubefacient hope this information helps.
