What Causes Radiating Pain In The Left Arm When Diagnosed With Shingles?
I have been diagnosed with shingles. I am on antiviral. The pain in the left side of my body has treated via Chiropractors but nothing has changed. Has been hurting since around the first of June. I don t have skin pain, it feels more like muscle pain radiating a little down my left arm. I am very tired. When I sleep the pain will disappear. In the morning I am pain-less for a few hours, but it comes back. And in a way today I am better, but always so tired. Perhaps my alternative remedies have helped. Vit B12 and C, and a rubbed into the painful area of grapeseed with Geranium Essential oil. What could it be if not Shingles?
Neuralgic pain is supposed to be of Shingles origin due to viral infection and other supportive care will help to resolve the radiating pain much faster: - Local application of calamine lotion over skin eruptions - Analgesic as tramadol hydrochloride with acetaminophen combination prescription from your doctor - Continue anti viral as valacyclovir or acyclovir (prescribed by your doctor - Hydration maintenance with plenty of liquids - Avoid stress and anxiety
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
