What Causes Radiating Pain In Upper Arms And Wrist At Night?

HI I am lately experiencing pain at night in my upper arms almost all the way down to my wrists. It is pretty bad and wakes me up at night, it mostly goes away in the morning after I have been up for a few minutes, maybe about 15 to 20 minutes. What can it be

it appears to be neurological problem may be cervical spondilitis and pain radiating from neck downward. consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment,use hard bed and avoid pillow at bed time. take tablet combiflam twice daily after food. use neck color. hot phomantation in neck.
