What Causes Radiating Sharp Chest Pain After Fatty Food Intake?

sometimes if I eat chicken or fatty foods I get a sharp pain that seems to crawl up me chest on the right side, it even hurts up to my right ear. Passing gas sometimes helps not always. It can wake up me at night and the recovery can take a day or so. Sometimes it seems that it makes me have to urinate more than usual.
