What Causes Raised Brown Mole On The Top Of Breast?

hello there i have a brown mole on the top of my breast it has always been there it is raised. i have cut it before but it healed up nicely. it is pretty much symmetrical. does not hurt or itch or bleed. it has nice borders to it and a bit smaller than a pencil eraser; i have noticed little black dots in it and c ant remember if it was always like this. should i be worried? thanks
