What Causes Raised Bumps On Hands And Arms?

I have what seems to be small raised bumps on my hands and arms that seem to be spreading . They itch a little and as I scrath them they seem to form scabs. My symptoms just started August 22, 2015. I have tried to look at pictures of diferent things. I am still not sure what it is. I will be seeing my pcp tommorrow morning.
