im 29 years old i weigh about 140 pounds and 5.1. I m going through a stressful time atm. when I m relaxed or asleep my heart starts beating so hard i can feel it all the way up my throat then i start having a coughing fit because i can t breathe. i have anxiety and I m on medication but this is new
