What Causes Raised Irritated Bumps On Arm And Torso Area?

I have a raised mass just above my risk.with itchy fine bumps. On both arms however, it is mostly irritated on the right arm. And little bumps is noticed just under the skin. I have also have bumps on my torso which leaves dark spots. And the bumps seem to spread on my breast and back, shoulders and face. I was prescribe NYstop by my doctor for under my breast fungus, But have used it for these bumps also. It seems to help more than not but hasn t fully stopped them. I have used both powder/ointment. Can it be something worst than fungus which I cant figure out where it came from, Can it be contagious?

I can understand your concern for raised irritated bumps on arm and torso area. You have not enumerated your age, gender and related occupation so that I could have helped you best. There can be multiple possibilities of the raised irritated bumps on arm and torso area and most probably it appears to be related to allergic contact dermatitis.

In my patients with your kind of situation I generally choose to recommend an application of steroid based cream such as hydrocortisone and an antihistamine tablet such as levo-cetrizine. If despite using the therapy there are more eruptions then it is better to get analyzed by a dermatologist to rule out the best possible cause.
