What Causes Raised Pimples On The Head Of The Penis?

hello i have concerns that my partner has been unfaithful i was just with him and while examining his penis i saw some small raised redish bumps on the top side of the heads of his penis he has not been circumcised. not sure if the were bumps per say but more like inflamed clusters when i touched them with a washcloth it seemed to appear not to be all the way attached i am not sure did not ask him becaused i was scared he may get violent if i accused him but i have major concerns because i performed oral sex on him and during vaginal sex we did not use protection because we are trying to conceive. i have felt like something has been going on with him because TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN INTIMATE IN 21 days several months ago December 2016 his doctor told me that she was treating him for something called trichinosis and she gave him a prescription in my name to fill without even seeing me that was four flagal antibotics he was not honest with me i found the label off the bottle and called the prescribing physician and she told me that she was treating him and asked me of i took the pills said i should be ok i found this to be most unprofessional of her to write a script in my name with me not even being a patient of hers. i am so upset and confused please help me
