I found raised red areas on my shins, ankles, inner calves and again on my thighs last night. It s uncomfortabe to walk. They appeared suddenly after a long drive home. I experienced chills before leaving for home. They don t itch and aren t raised right now. I m not sure whether they were raised last night.
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days. If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
