I have several raised white bumps on my testicles that have come up in the past year or so (to be honest, I cannot recall when I first noticed them). I was tested for STD s due to an unrelated scare, and came back clean, but I cannot remember if the bumps were the same as they are now when the testing was done. I have one relatively large one, and several of equal size spread out across my testicles. I ve always had fordyce spots, and the best way I can describe these bumps are they appear to be enlarged fordyce spots. They don t seem to be ingrown hairs, and I even stopped shaving for quite with no change in their appearance. They don t look like genital warts, herpes or any of the many other STD s I ve looked up trying to find an answer. They cause no pain, discomfort or itching and I have not tried to pop any of them. They re just ugly to look at and I expect a Dr. visit will be necessary, but can you give any insight as to what they could be?
