What Causes Random Bruises And Bleeding While On IUD?

I am a 22-year-old female. Recently I've been getting random bruises, which didn't worry me too much since I've always bruised easily. However, my gums have been bleeding when I brush my teeth, and today as I was taking a walk, my legs from the knees down felt tingly and weak. I have the Mirena IUD and haven't had a period for over a year, but I started bleeding lightly and irregularly for the past few days as well. Help!
