What Causes Random Dull Or Sharp Pains In My Right Leg, Foot, Toes, And Fingers Only During Sleep, Given My History Of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy?

Around the beginning of the year I had an ache/pain jn my left leg at night that was worse when I slept on my left side. I thought it might be due to stress and lack of exercise. As I exercised and became less stressed it seemed to fix itself. This lasted a couple of months before it went. Then I started getting a pain in my right leg but it was different. Before it felt like a large ache in most of my left leg but now in my right leg it s not an ache but just a pain that is sometimes dull or sharp. The location seems to be random. It started in my leg. But now mostly seems to be in my foot and toes. I also get random pains in my fingers. It only happens when I go to sleep. Not before even if I m lying in bed for a while. I exercise pretty much everyday with a walk or bike ride and I m not stressed. I also have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy I m not taking any medication
