What Causes Random Movements In The Pelvic Area?

For the past few days I have had random pulling movements in my pelvic area. Its painless and like a thump, only inward. You can see my stomach move inward quickly and then return to its normal level. This can happen 2-3 times in a minute but then go many hours before another thump happens.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for a good history. This is suggestive of an intestinal obstruction of sub-acute variety and you need to get investigated in the form of Standing X-ray Abdomen and enteroclysis if required.
You may need to know the diagnosis to decide whether you need an medical treatment or surgical exploration.
