What Causes Random Round, Flaky And Itchy Spots On Torso?
I have round, flaky, mild itching spots randomly around different spots on my body. Sometimes they have a yellowy discharge. I had a diagnosis from a PA that is was impetigo and was given oral and topical antibiotics with no relief. What could this be?

It possibly could be because of allergy.
You should use along with tropical antibiotics. But with that I would suggest you to take cetrizine at bed time for 7 days. It would bring a change. Also instead of tropical antibiotics, you can use doxycycline which is good as well. You'll be alright in a week or so.
