What Causes Random Vaginal Bleeding After Sex And Fullness And Bloating In Pelvic Area?

I'm having some issues. One, after having sex on January 1st, I started my period on the 10th and it wad very strange. It took a couple days to really start and then it was very light. I had a tubal 18 years ago but my pelvic area feels full and bloaty.??

Hi.

Sexual intercourse can cause hormonal fluctuations, mainly a surge which can in many women cause menstrual irregularities. These changes from the routine are not permanent and many atimes do not reappear.

Most women experiencing such presentations are either virgins having their first sexual encounter or women who have not been sexually active in quite some time having a sexual encounter now.

I think there is nothing to worry about and only recommend a doctors visit if by the next cycle things do not return to normal.
