My doctor sent me to a cardiologist because I had a fast irregular heartbeat that jumps from 90 to 110 Bpm in a matter of seconds the cardiologist said there were no signs of symptoms they have gotten from a 24 hour holter monitor the fast heart rate is also accompanied by sharp chest pain the gets worse as I inhale what is it or what may it possibly be

As keeping holter monitor for 24 hours with normal record rules out any cardiac problem.
This can be due to anxiety called cardiac neurosis.
Keep follow up with your cardiologist.
