What Causes Rapid Heart Beats And Palpitations?

In April, I was admitted to the hospital for rapid heart rate. EKG, ECG, Ultrasound o heart, and angiagram came back negative. However, since these tests, I have had two more episodes of rapid heart beat (along with dizziness and shortness of breath). Have experienced palpitations as well. Any thoughts

Hi,

Sudden and transient increase in heart rate is quite common and can happen with anxiety and fear. These are transient and will return by itself.

As your cardio work up is clean, nothing much to worry and no treatment is required.
