What Causes Rapid Heart Beats When Doing Simple Tasks?
My heart beats rapidly after simple tasks, like walking up stairs, or moving around to quickly. This is a recent change. Two months ago I was able to exercise and my heart rate would return to normal in a matter of 1-2 minutes. Now, even simple tasks get me really winded, light headed, and tired. Additionally I feel nauseous when I eat and I have very low tolerance to cold.
