Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My heart just started beating really fast after a little exercise, I exercise 4-5 times a week, at home, lift dumbells and do pushups nothing too heavy. Never happened to me before so I am kinda worried. It stopped after 5 minutes. I measured the pressure and the pressure of blood was normal but pulse was high ofc. Can it be serious or i didn't prepare well?
After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that generally heart rate is ever changing phenomena depending on your physical activity, stress level and physiological level. But if it has never happened with your before during exercising then you must get a basic cardiac evaluation done which includes an ECG and a Echocardiography. Consult with reports.
Hopefully this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards Dr. Bhanu Partap
