General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are several causes for the symptoms you have.
First there is a need for a good examination from your doctor to see how your lungs and heart are. Also a chest xray and spirometry to make sure lungs function and structure are optimal and ECG and heart ultrasound to check your heart.
If all these examinations and tests come out normal while all the blood tests have come out normal then very likely you are experiencing these as anxiety episodes or episodes related to menopause (you have removed the ovaries months ago).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
