What Causes Rapid Heart Rate Along With Pain In Chest Of A Child?
My daughter is 6 years old and woke up at 3am complaining about her heart beating rapidly and chest pain. We called 911, paramedics arrived but by that time her heart beat was back to normal. All of her vitals looked normal. She did start a new anti seizure medication (she has CP), on top of the two other medications she s already been on for over a few years now. Her neuro doesn t feel its the new medication. What else could have possibly triggered this? We will see a cardiologist to further examine her.

I really appreciate your concern if this is the grandma seizures then she need to continue taking medicine for long time, if this was the chest pain then this may not be due to history of fit but could be something else may be cardiovascular disease, hope this information helps take care
