General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to long-acting beta 2 agonist, which is used in inhalers for bronchodilatory action however it can cause fast heartbeat or tachycardia and may lead to chest tightness due to cardiac causes instead of respiratory causes.

Kindly stop inhaler and get a fresh review by your primary care physician and get a fresh X-ray as well as get the inhalers reviewed and replace it with ipratropium inhalers as well as steroid inhalers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
