What Causes Rapid Heart Rate Along With Vertigo?

My daughter Keeps having weird feelings and spinning when she is just sitting still. This time her heart started racing really fast. She had to close her eyes and lay still to get it to stop. She said it felt like she was moving really fast and everything was spinning. What is causing this? She is 20yrs old

she is having vertigo. conduction and nerve deafness should be done. rotation test will be helpful. can start taking vert in. consult ent doctor for follow up, and further investigation if required. middle ear should be examined. perforation of tympanic membrane should be excluded.
