HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for choosing HCM, I had gone through the history and symptoms given here I could say that it could be due to acid peptic disease and the diet could be the cause of this.
The major reason of the dyspepsia is diet certain diet are there that can not be easily digested or certain diet are there that caused the allergic condition, heavy diet if taken in evening then it may cause the dyspepsia for sure along with increased acid secretion
Diet change is must here in this case try avoid the heavy oily spicy, greasy food prior to bed.
Tab Omeprazole 20 mg once in day with Domperidone 5 mg once in day can be tried, persistence symptoms demands the medical attention and see the doctor.
hope this information helps.
