Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to possible tachycardia or cardiac arrhythmia.

The increased heart rate could be related to the abrupt stopping of Benadryl.

Coming to this point, I would recommend you to closely monitor your heart rate and heart rhythm. In case of an irregular heart rhythm, I would recommend going to the ER for a resting ECG and checking blood electrolyte levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
