What Causes Rapid Heartbeat And Numbness In Arm During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 5'4, around 205 lbs, 33 yrs old, and 25 weeks pregnant. The last few nights while sleeiping I have been awakened to a rapid heartbeat and two of the nights felt numbness in my left arm. I go to the dr on Wednesday. Is this something I need to go to him sooner with?
