What Causes Rapid Involuntary Eye Movements?
It's hard for me to explain what it feels like. It feels like very quick movement almost like turning a page of a book but my internal eyes and head are involved it's very difficult to explain it has been happening every 30 to 40 minutes and it lasts about 20 seconds.

This seems to be nystagmus--please see an eye doctor or a Neurologist to rule out any neurological problem--regards
