What Causes Rash In The Spine?

i have a itchy rash that stars from the bottom of my spine but thins out towards the top. I also have a sqeaking noise when I breath in and out most notice able when i am wanting to sleep as everything is quiet!! I am a very very active lady working etc; etc; but this is really keeping me guessing as to wot!! it all is.
