What Causes Rash On Abdomen?

Hello, over the past 3 days I have been developing a weird rash on my abdomen. Initially, I though it was nothing. Then I thought it was sunburn, but I am very conscientious about wearing sunscreen. Now it is starting to bubble. Bright red bubble-wrap style bubbles.

Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of rash on abdomen which could be due to sun poisoning and could be due to frictional heat generation as dirt and moisture get trapped by your clothing. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to:
- Keep this area clean and dry
- Wear loose cotton clothes and keep yourself protected from sun
- Apply warm compresses with soaked towel
- Apply topical mupirocin ointment topically.

If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor will examine physically as well as blood tests if required and prescribe medications accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
