What Causes Rash On Back And Neck When Having Cold?

I ve got a head cold and dis morning a rash came on d back on my neck. Just started off with being just red and now dere Is lumps on it. Also feel weak all day. Felt sick 2 days again but d rash only come dis morning. Just wondering if it s d mumps?

mumps effect mmastoid gland. it will effect mastication. it will be painfull movment of mandible. present history appears to be viral infection with lymphangitis. in viral infection there will be weakness. mantain hydrationand take vitc dailyapply caladryllotion over rashes. can take paracetamol tablet.
