What Causes Rash On Breast And Numbness Around Shoulder Blade?

My right shoulder was grinding and hurting for two weeks, when it finally quit hurting a couple days later my skin is numb around my shoulder blade around my side and the side of my right breast. Today I have a rash on my side about the size of a penny and one on my breast. What could this be?
