What Causes Rash On Ears Along With Flaky Skin?

I think I am having an allergic reaction to my oxygen tubing. I am a 64 year old male and I use oxygen at night. For several month I had a rash on my ears and the skin would flake off. It then moved to my T Zone on my face and now on my chest where the tubing lays at night. Any suggestions on what can be done?

may be youare having sensitiveness to tube.you can move totzone, and levocetrizine can be taken, caladryl can be localy applied where you are having contact dermatitis.
