What Causes Rash On Shoulder Spreading Down To Arms?
I have a rash that started on my shoulder and spread down my arms and across the top of my back. It consists of small skin colored bumps. Only other symptom is a slightly scratchy throat. My dr. Can get me in till Thursday and I was wondering if I should go see someone sooner - possibly prompt care

Small vehicles in group along dermatomal distribution most likely is herpes zoster. It is a viral infection.
Contact your dermatologist as early as possible for confirmation of disease and start of anti viral treatment.
