Hi im 29 male iv got rash under arms at my groin on both legs wee bit red round my bell end im circumcised too also under my toe like athletes foot now its appearing about my sock line just above my ankles what could this be iv used canesten and hydrocortisone cream from doctor radh under arms went away but is back now

I advise to: - keep a good local hygiene of the skin - wash with warm water and soap - dry it well - apply gentian violet solution locally - let it dry - apply terbinafin cream mixed with hydrocortisone
I advise to discuss with your doctor to change therapy as perhaps canesten is not having good effects. I also advise to start oral therapy with antifungal drugs (terfinafin).
