What Causes Rashes All Over The Body?
My child has a rash all over his body that looks like freckles. It doesn t feel like sand-paper, although he gets strep a lot and the sandpaper rash is one of his symptoms. He s not feverish or complaining of any other symptoms. Google says to take this very seriously, but can it wait until the ped opens in the am, or do we need to make a trip to the urgent care or ER?

I think you should go to ER for evaluation. If it is strep throat he should do a throat culture and get the right antibiotic treatment for it. Don't let it untreated or poorly treated.
