What Causes Rashes All Over The Body?

Hi my name is Tammy! I have a sister who is having a terrible time. She has a rash covering her whole body it is seeping fluid and blood. They are raised red hive like bumps. She has had the rash for about 6 months. I am looking for some pictures and answers. She has no insurance and no doctors so far have took anything seriously. She is so miserable. I have insurance and I just feel horrible for her and the situation. I appreciate any help I can get!!!!!!!
