What Causes Rashes All Over The Body?

Hi my neighbors son has broken out with a rash. well we think it is and at first it startd on his chest and back and now its making its way down. hes taken a cold shower and put aleo on it and taken benadryal and it seems to still be pregressing. do u have any information?

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I suggest using an antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest using steroid cream for local application.
