What Causes Rashes And Boils All Over The Body?

Hello, my mom keep breaking out with rashes and refuse to go to the doctor. At the very beginning, she get boils all over and they burst. Over the next couple weeks’ scabs appeared all over(about the size of a dime), then it went from dime to the size of a grape fruit. One is on the front lower part of leg(right above ankle), Please Help me, so I can Help her.. Thanks in Advance
