What Causes Rashes And Burning Sensation On Back?

I suddenly have this rash that feels like pricking, needle-like, almost burning sensation on my back, chest, shoulders & arms. Specially on my back. What does it mean? Allergic reaction? I ve never been allergic to anything, but I m currently studying abroad

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the itching symptoms then it may be due to some allergic disorder and it can be managed with Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, it is nothing to worry it will be alright soon hope this information helps.
