What Causes Rashes And Vomiting After Administering Amikacin Injection?

my two year three months old son had diarohea with severe vommitting and was prescribed with amacacin inj and was advised to take vomiset , sucrtafil as well as lanzol junior but he has some rashes why? and when vomiset is not given he vomits after consuming food.
