What Causes Rashes And Water Retention In The Body?

My name is Tracy, My sister Mary is very sick! Her symptoms are big patchy rash s going throw her whole body! Extreme pain, swollen areas of water Retention in most of her body, Head, Arms Feet, Forehead, No appetite at all! My sister has already been to the hospital once they did so many tests still have no idea whats going on. One of the tests came back saying congestive heart failure? They think maybe lupus or Vasculitis? We re still waiting for the kidney biopsy to come back. Please help ill take any help!!
