What Causes Rashes Around Lower Extremities And Below Knees?

Hello. I have a rash that keeps appearing on both lower extremities. The are small red spots scattered throughout below my knees. They are not raised, not itchy. They don t bother me at all but the sight of them. I rulled out shaving and as I have not shaved my legs in months and they appeared last night.

Such symptoms are suggestive of schamberg purpura.
It is a harmless condition.
Treatment is usually with mild steroid and keratolytics.
