What Causes Rashes Around The Waistline And Groin Area?

I got a rash around my waistline, and groin area last night, it spread to my back and neck, anscalp, I took some benadryl, and got a few hours of sleep, the rash returned, but no as severe, and now my lips are swelling, and the rash is returning. I ate some premade sushi with incredi+++bly hot wasabi, and I had 3 donuts yesterday morning tha gave me heart burn, so I ate several tums. I m worried my face will swell to comic proportions, and the itching is making me very anxious
