What Causes Rashes Below The Breasts Despite Using An Antibiotic Cream?

I have a rash like area below both breasts. It does produce small pimple like eruptions and has an acidic odor. The area is increasing in size even though I have used antibiotic creme, baby rash paste and have even tried to use hydrogen peroxide to begin a healing process on the area.. Could this be simply a rash that has become over zelous or a horrid thought shingles? It has become quite uncomfortable.

It is mostly due to some fungal infection for which he can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil for redness and itching. Apply betnovate-c or clobit-gm cream locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above.
