Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be candidal intertrigo. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. It may be precipitated by perspiration. That may be followed by exercise or physical work. I would recommend you to take antihistaminics like cetirizine 10 mg and itroconazole 100 mg daily for few weeks. Apply sertaconazole cream on the affected areas. Take Sitz bath in dettol mixed water.

Hope this helps.
