What Causes Rashes On Arms And Back After An Injury?

My 9 year old daughter suffered a concussion after failing off a trampoline two days ago. Her symptoms are improving but she is now broke out in a rash all over her arms and back and there have been no changes to her diet, laundry detergent, etc. Is this a possible side effect of her injury?

Yes it could be possible especially after an injury but have you made sure a doctor has physically examined her to make sure all is well and there have been no serious injuries.
