What Causes Rashes On Face Along With Redness And Burning Sensation On Tongue?

Hi, I ve just been noticing a rash on my face the last couple of days (small white pimples). Also after just eating I noticed my tongue got very red and started burning. Is this an allergic reaction and is there a way to know what is caused by, based on only this info? Thank you.

Well come to HCM
Such rash could be due to hypersensitivity if this on the face then it may be due to sun, try to wash the face with cold water do not apply any cosmetic avoid going in sun, wait for some time it may come around, and if does not then try "Diphenhydramine lotion" no need to worry about this, hope this helps, take care.
