What Causes Rashes On Face, Constipation And Blood In Stool?
Hello I m 18years old and I ve had constipation for about 2years I ve recently gone to see my doctor, to give me a different prescription but he says he s tried me on every medication and he s left me on the same stuff, I go to toilet about twice a week or less, when ever I go to toilet I ll be on it for about 20minutes, I do end up bleeding and afterwards I ll be sore, and I end up getting a rash on my face. Please can you give me an idea of what to do please?
If no imaging has been down before, you should consider imaging such as scope or barium enema, to take a look at the bowel to make sure that there are no changes.
Avoid the frequent use of medication for bowel movements, in the long run they actually stop the bowel from working properly and worsen constipation. Try to use less than 2 times a month , the less you use the better
Make sure to use at least 8 glasses of fluid daily. This does not include any caffeinated drinks or alcohol because these cause the body to lose fluid.
Use a lot of fruits and vegetables, with each main meal and snack. Use other high fiber foods as well such as whole grain products
Engage in physical activity if possible.
I hope this helps
