What Causes Rashes On Inner Arm?

my daughter Juliet has had this rash on her inner arm for two years and has tried all types of creams from doctors,no help from them! we were told eczema but now who knows? I think it is but have never gone away. we have resulted to coconut oil since the past couple days. can we send a picture or you send us one? thank you,juliet

Probably your daughter is suffering from atopic dermatitis.
It is a chronic allergic condition in which itchy rashes appear on the body mainly in the force of the body.
It can be controlled with the use of a mile topical steroids and antihistamines.
